Northern Territory Visitors Centre - Outback Australia: If you are thinking of visiting Outback Australia, the Northern Territory is the place to go. The Northern Territory has some of the most well known tourist icons in Outback Australia. Embrace & discover the spectacular sights, nature & culture of the Australian Outback.

You can access Outback Australia by air or even travel by train, The Ghan leaves Adelaide for Alice Springs twice a week and continues through to Darwin weekly. There are Express Coaches from all capital cities that go to Alice Springs, Ayers Rock, Tennant Creek, Katherine and Darwin. They also do a loop out to Kakadu with connections to Broome and Western Australia, Mt Isa and Cairns in Queensland.

Australian Outback Adventure Alice Springs and Ayers Rock offers a wide range of hotels, resorts and Australian Outback tours to the visitor. These range from day tours by coach to Australian Outback adventure safaris by 4WD, that offer overnight camping to multi day Australian Outback adventure tours sleeping under the stars.

If you are looking for an Australian Outback adventure holiday you cannot go past the Northern Territory. With wide-open roads, self-driving in a car, 4WD or camper van (motor home) is easy. We can assist with ideas and itineraries as well as helping choose and booking the car, 4WD or camper to suit your style.

It is around 1800 kms from top to bottom of the Northern Territory and if you take 7 to 10 days, you will have plenty of time to explore some of the sights along the way. You can also do an Australian Outback tour by private charter tour with your own vehicle and driver guide. These can be from one day to two weeks or more.

We look forward to helping you find your ideal holiday in Outback Australia - the Northern Territory.
